Project duration | April 2016 - September 2016 |
Status | Completed |
Important results from the project
The project objectives has been to develop a feasibility study forming a basis for the delivery of ASIC-based products for Inuheat´s heating system. The feasibility study is the basis for the procurement of ASIC design and production. The solution is a proprietary electronic design, based on the transfer of discrete components into a less expensive solution based on ASIC technology.
Expected long term effects
The feasibility study was estimated to take 6 months after the project was completed and even after six months, in early November. Much work has been done on the definition of existing functional requirements with respect to future market requirements and future-proof technology. Based on this, the requirements have been specified and the basis for ASIC design has been developed. The goal of the project is to develop a basis for construction contracts have been fully met.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented in cooperation between Inuheat, ShortLink, AUX Design and AES Europe, where each company contributed with their respective areas of expertise. We have in cooperation with these partners achieved our goals.
