Project duration December 2013 - June 2014
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The project has built the foundation for a long term and sustainable growth. After talking with many in the customer group, an offer and a pricing model has been developed. The project has ensured that the company can meet customers´ real needs, which has been invaluable for the future. We now know more or less exactly what we need to do, in order to be successful. The project has secured the necessary capital inputs for future expansion. The project has contributed to an international strategy, with a minimum of risks. A goal has however not been met: Not 10 customer agreements, but 4.

Results and expected effects

The project has carried out a solid foundation to stand on, which minimizes future risks. The future expectations are, that with a very good customer knowledge, partnerships and venture capital will make arifiQ Development to ´World leader in infrastructure for print ordering´, with a turnover of at least 100 million years in 2018.

Approach and implementation

The project has had a successful approach to business development (business plan, business model) and raising capital. Networking, training, customer calls, business meetings, pitch materials, various financial forums, meetings with funders, together with the company´s internal workshops led us to a business plan with clear strategies. Which in turn has led to success among investors.
