Purpose and goal

The project has, based on stakeholders´ needs, resources and opportunities, worked out a concept and a technical architecture that takes Innovation.sweden.se from information to function. Functions illustrating the Swedish innovation system and make innovative resources accessible for national as well as international stakeholders while creating interaction for new encounters, partnerships and business.

Results and expected effects

The new site innonation.se replaces innovation.sweden.se. The functionality is developed to make resources accessible across all of the innovative Sweden and the visitors can easily overview the recourse that are presented in a graphically appealing and pedagogic manner. Stakeholder analysis and several meetings have resulted in a proposal for a collaborative solution for future organization as well as business models. The result the process is that a number of actors linked to the project and expressed interest in being operationally involved, including RISE and SISP.

Approach and implementation

During the project period was an external constellation engaged with three consulting firms; Munktell Science Park (Olle Dierks), Sprout Park AB (Nicklas Sundvisson) and Talande Miljö (Martin Sjöberg) who assisted with expertise in digital communications, business development and platform solutions. The implementation for achieving the goals was done with parallel processes and frequent communication between the external configuration and project management from the Swedish Institute.
