Expected results and effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of the project was to reduce the number of cases by 20%, during the evaluation that was carried out, the number of cases decreased by> 30% in the two departments that participated in the evaluation.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project carried out an evaluation, in which two departments were selected to participate. These two departments normally see a large number of cases in inpatients, with the help of a technical solution as well as changes in work routines, measurements and comparisons were made with previous years and periods to review the possibilities of reducing the number of cases. The analysis performed after the evaluation (report attached) shows a reduced number of cases of> 30% compared to previous comparable years and periods.
