Purpose and goal

Project Innovation House is a concept for a service-platform that meets the need for a coherent digital environment for innovation, different processes and models, coaching, tools, and networking. The platform supports in its final version the entire innovation process from idea generation to commercialization and is suitable for innovation, both in enterprises and public organizations. The project has in this stage focused on the areas, Cultural & Creative Industries and Sport & Wellness.

Results and expected effects

The result is a thoroughly worked out concept and a demonstrator for a service platform (Innovation House) who will satisfy the need of a digital environment for innovation with processes, models, methods, coaching, tools and networks. The platform will help clients from idea to market and works both for private, academic and public innovation activities. The project has in this stage focused on the areas, Cultural & Creative Industries and Sport & Wellness but can be used in any area or business.

Approach and implementation

The development of the project has taken place by workshops where the idea of the virtual innovation house was specified parallel with that we did a analysis of similar concept in the world around us with input from other actors working in the innovation area. Stakeholders were identified and a te concept was developed further through a set of 8 co-design workshops who gave us a good result for a next step.
