Important results from the project
This feasibility study has provided the company with a technical and strategic plan for scaling up the technology for industrial processes. A five-year plan for product development with verified and defined iterative development stages. Planning for establishment in different geographic markets needs more development of business models and products that do not require advanced technical sales.
Expected long term effects
During the project, the technology has been tested in real large-scale environments with successful results. This has led to further business and continued development. The concept has been tested and a plan for further development now exists. New ideas have already been tested on both current business plans and technical solutions. New contacts have been established in new markets for further tests and evaluations.
Approach and implementation
The feasibility study contained a lot of different aspects of both the development of the technology and market analyses. The latter proved to be somewhat more difficult to implement fully since relevant figures on the estimation of an intended market are difficult to estimate. An embryo for a plan for establishment in different geographical markets now exists. Above all, successful tests have been conducted to prove the scalability of the technology.
