Important results from the project

The project achieved its objectives according to the project plan. It contributed to new collaborations between Swedish industry and international actors and to the development of structures for international innovation cooperation. The project also increased the visibility of Swedish areas of strength and improved conditions for future talent attraction to Sweden.

Expected long term effects

In the long term, the project is expected to contribute to increased innovation capacity, strengthened international collaboration, and improved conditions for talent attraction in strategic areas. The results are also expected to create new opportunities for industrial development and future collaborative projects.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented using a proven methodology known as “Awareness to Action”. The work began with in-depth analyses from both industrial and academic perspectives to identify needs and opportunities. This was followed by targeted activities aimed at increasing knowledge and awareness, with the objective of enabling concrete actions such as pilot projects, demonstrations, and collaborations. The project largely followed planned approach, and cooperation among the partners functioned well
