|Project duration||November 2018 - December 2019|
Purpose and goal
The project will focus on readiness for change, ie to receive and introduce digital solutions, which requires a change in the way professionals work with patients and how primary care is organized today. More specifically, we will develop a tool that can be applied to assess perceived facilitators and obstacles on individual and organizational level and to what degree the personnel is ready to change working methods and implement digital tools in their work. We will develop a checklist with a list of actions to create changeability in the organization that faces a digital implementation.
Expected results and effects
The purpose of this study is to develop a tool for measuring readiness for implementation and use of digital solutions. A structured implementation tool will make it easier for people in the operations to gain knowledge about, and understand what activities need to be performed for successful implementation of digital solutions. In addition to improved compliance, targeted implementation efforts are more effective in terms of both costs and use of professionals’ time.
