Important results from the project

To increase Sweden´s competitiveness through increased innovation and transformation ability in our innovation environments and to promote networking and interaction between these. The result was a needs-based competence-enhancing effort that was implemented in two steps. In the first step, all process leaders within the Vinnväxt initiatives were offered a place. Step 2 was carried out digitally where most initiatives participated with several participants from each initiative.

Expected long term effects

65 trained people in the innovation system. 18 number of collaboration opportunities between innovation environments. In-depth knowledge and understanding of innovation work and its processes. Increased collaboration and exchange of experience between most innovation environments. Expected effects are more people who can lead and drive innovation processes, initiate collaborations and drive transformation within the environments as well as an increased understanding of surrounding organizations.

Approach and implementation

Initially, a needs inventory was carried out, which led to an external analysis of suppliers to find cutting-edge expertise and experts. Together with these, the program was formed, which consisted of five modules, together nine days, of physical meetings intended to be carried out in two loops. With Covid -19, the structure was revised, where step two was held semi-digitally. The transformation of the program contributed to more people having the opportunity to take part in the program.
