Purpose and goal
The project´s aim and objective is to establish strategic contacts in the California ecosystem and acquire cutting-edge expertise on the application and governance of emerging technologies (such as 6G, AI and data management) in the mobility sector.
The goal is to serve as a strategic bridge to channel insights, innovations and partnerships directly to the Swedish ecosystem, as well as cement long-term institutional cooperation for future project.
Expected effects and result
The effects will be that the information is disseminated to Swedish actors (e.g. K2´s partners and the Council) to enrich practice, research, education and policy development, as well as to cement long-term Swedish-Californian cooperation.
Planned approach and implementation
The exchange is tentatively planned for spring 2026.
The exchange is divided into three phases:
Orientation and detailed planning.
Networking through participation in events and targeted meetings.
Dissemination and synthesis for presentation to a Swedish audience.
Flexibility in scheduling and the possibility to divide the exchange into shorter segments are available to maximize strategic impact.
