Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of the Gigleer app is to bring together employers and employees for shorter jobs in a transparent and innovative way. Our aim is also for employers to be able to more easily administer the appointment of shorter positions, scheduling and payment of salary. We are today the first on the market to offer a full-scale job from shorter employment to education, digital CV and direct salary payment. We will through this service help many younger people on their way into working life so you can start building your CV and experience.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The expected effect is to get more people into work and help at a time when several industries´ labor markets are in disarray. Today we have started in the restaurant business and started to help restaurateurs to more easily find hourly extra staff and also get a more efficient way to use their existing hourly employees. The effect has been that our customers have found new workers and that they have been able to offer their existing hourly employees more hours by being better organized and also attracting direct payments after work has been completed.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The structure of the project has been that we worked exclusively according to our roadmap until the first release, now we have a customer-driven process where customers will lead the future development of the app. To get out, we have sales to corporate customers and a GOTO Market strategy towards workers to reach out widely in eg social media, pages for job seekers. The implementation has taken longer than planned, but today everything is ready and we are out with the app and it is used. The next step now is to scale the project with more customers and branches.
