Important results from the project
The issue of gender as an inhibitory structure för competetiveness is a complex social challenge with o growing interest among many actors. Gender & Company is a project with great potential both in terms of enhancing Swedish competitiveness and positioning a Swedish area of strength in the international context. The project aims to build a needs-based gender aware Swedish Gender Management Model with tailored solutions that are designed according to the different industries` needs.
