Important results from the project
With the financial help of Vinnova, we have developed an updated business model, reworked the app´s interface to be more fun to use, and rebuilt the app´s backend so our customers can upload and edit the content in the app themselves.
Expected long term effects
In the last few months we have more than doubled our number of users as well as signed several new customers. Our app has been recommended by several papers.
Approach and implementation
The first thing we did was to rebuild the backend for our customers. Here we also developed (with the help of solicitors AWA) a copyright contract for the content the customers uploads in the app´s backend. Parallel to this, we worked with the business model to make it more sustainable. It has turned out that it will be counter effective to the new plan to let individual users upload their own material, so we will save that solution for the future. Next we started rebuilding the app´s interface, which is now completed and spot-on. We can also load material from certain databases.
