Purpose and goal
Funki develops innovative musical instruments that make music and social interaction accessible to everyone. Our main target group is people with cognitive disabilities. Using technology, music, and pedagogy, our instruments promote inclusion, reduce mental illness, and create new connections between social groups. With a sustainable business model for growth in Sweden and internationally, Funki enhances quality of life for many.
Expected effects and result
The expected results of the project are strengthened collaborations with existing and new customers, increased production capacity, a larger number of users, and a clear, up-to-date IP strategy. The effects of these activities are a sustainable and stable company with the capacity to grow and contribute to long-term inclusion and social value.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is divided into eight work packages. These fall under the themes of customer support and care, production optimization, increased sales to existing customer groups, expansion to new markets, and further development of the IP strategy. The work packages are defined as SMART objectives with assigned budgets and responsible parties and will be carried out between November 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026.
