Purpose and goal
FOV has clearly increased the cluster´s contribution to innovation and commercialization in the region ( indicators of has been developed and measured, see interactive research ) , has clearly handled more than 100 need-based partnerships in which different skills are put together to solve the needs of companies in the region. FOV has new type of organization that creates greater decisiveness and anchoring and benefits in the FOV system (see interactive research ) . FOV has commenced a clear internationalization strategy that contributes to innovation in FOV-system .
Results and expected effects
Examples of values that FOV has built up through its activities, eg. the organization to pursue sustainable growth and dev. in the region and how FOV helps shaping the image of the region both nationally and internationally, difficult to quantify. Concrete results as FOV been an important part of creating, eg. values for companies that participated in projects and activities in and outside the region, values of the R&D players who participated in projects and activities that FOV been the driving force behind, values for the region and ultimately in Sweden. Approach and implementation
The Action Plan for FOV is a parent and governing document which have been continuously reviewed and revised by the Board(s). Subordinate this document is an activity plan (see Appendix) which is an eminently living document that is constantly being developed and used for continuous reporting to boards and other stakeholders. The action plan follows the structure of the Action Plan , only activities that can be anchored in the action plan should be initiated and implemented. The same structure is implemented in budgeting and financial reporting.
