Purpose and goal
The project aims to establish a strong consortium of Swedish and European actors from academia and industry to develop a competitive proposal to MSCA Doctoral Networks on dry forming processes of cellulose-based fibers, such as dry-forming and air-laying, which in comparison to traditional wet forming offer potential for high productivity and low energy consumption.
Expected effects and result
Establish a strong academia-industry consortium and develop a competitive MSCA Doctoral Network-ansökan related to 3D shaped fiber-based materials.
Planned approach and implementation
Mapping: Identification and selection of relevant academic and industrial actors. Establishment: Create the consortium through targeted contacts, individual meetings and joint workshops, with a focus on complementary expertise and geographical balance. Research agenda: Development of a joint research agenda in close collaboration between the parties. Application work: Coordination, writing and quality assurance of proposal and submission of proposal.
