Important results from the project
The goals set for the project were met: - on-site meeting in Uppsala on 6-7 February for parties in the HE-proposal to develop the proposal - HE-proposal submitted New contacts were established during the project. Some contacts became parties in the proposal. The Proposal also involved participants who were not parties (beneficiaries). These take the proposal to their respective national funding bodies to apply for funds nationally.
Expected long term effects
The project aimed to formulate a proposal for a research project. If funded, it aims at systemic transformation of society in a preventive, health-promoting direction with expected health effects for individuals and economic effects at the societal level.
Approach and implementation
The goal of the projects was to formulate and submit an HE proposal. The project partners met regularly, once a week from December 2025 until submission in April 2026. In February, an on-site meeting was organized in Uppsala, where all parties participated. After the Uppsala metting a budget was made and WP leaders were appointed, who wrote their respective WPs. A smaller group was appointed to complete the proposal, which was sent out and iterated a number of times among the parties.
