Important results from the project

This was to make a Micro/sheild Product with beter prestanda and more cost effective and find a way in this to save enviroment and also presious metals Thuro this we have made a lot of surface treatments, pre treatment, sheliding measurment , solderbility and corrosion test to reach forward to a final product When this was in place we upscaled the platingprocess and also made a secure produktion realated to the part and have done this succesfully

Expected long term effects

What we can se here is that we so far have a better product then what is on the market today so the expectations is to be able to lauch it for the market buyers today and also introduce the methode on several similar products in the market area and by that way increase to at even higher production i our area and also even bigger sales and result of that more working partners in the whole company

Approach and implementation

By initially looking at the development of the hardware and the surface treatment options and with regard to the different criteria for a final function forced to select the majority of base materials and surface treatments that were cross-cut and tested in different combinations This allowed us to finally proceed with selecting materials and surface treatment to a more outstanding product according to tests and analyzes and then be able to perform a scaling up and ensure the process flow with process control methods adapted for a safe production
