Purpose and goal
The purpose of the Digiteam management project - For a user-driven social service was to investigate and describe how a test bed for a user-driven social service can work. The goal was fully met and resulted in an actual test bed in the form of a Digiteam in the City of Helsingborg and in an implementation application where SKL, 17 municipal social services, Region Värmland, Linköping and Lund University and the industry organization IT & Telecom companies are included as applicants. five authorities are also included in the form of a policy lab.
Expected results and effects
Expected effects of the project are to accelerate the digitization of social work with a focus on increased accessibility of social services where the user moves from a passive object to an active subject in relation to the social service. The outcome has been increased accessibility of social work, especially in the city of Helsingborg, where service design has been used as a method to capture the real needs of residents and where active users are used in the ongoing development work to change, improve and innovate social work and increase value creation for the inhabitants.
