Important results from the project
Our objective is to improve diabetes care with the help of powerful digital analysis tools based on big data and machine learning. We have therefore developed a digital solution that generates automated interpretations of continuous blood glucose values and presents the most probable root cause and measures needed to improve their blood glucose control. The purpose of the project was to further develop our analysis engine and CE-mark the app intended to be used by peopleliving with diabetes
Expected long term effects
During the project, we have CE-marked both the web-based system for the Healthcare sector and the app. We have already started delivering our system to the healthcare sector and will soon make our app publicaly available.
Approach and implementation
During the project, we have worked actively with focus groups with health care professionals and people with diabetes. Through this work, we have both upgraded the visual presentation but also created and validated additional features, including an analysis that can identify meals regardless of whether the user has registered carbohydrates and insulin.
