Purpose and goal
Movexums objective was to develop and secure competences and structure capital with the aim of qualifying for the national excellence program. Thanks to sharing competences through SISP in appr 10 peer reviews, network meetings for incubator CEO´s, communication managers, CFO´s, sustainability managers - structure capital has been developed. Erfa plays an important role in Movexums development plans for the team individuals as well as for strategic national cooperations. 100% goal completion: Movexum was admitted to the excellent national incubatorprogram in 2020.
Expected results and effects
Results - Increased national network - Increased knowledge about Movexum - Networks and resource for individual competence plans for team members such as CEO, CFO, communications, sustainability o seed manager - Increased knowledge as a foundation for admittance to the regional incubator excellence program - Admitted to the national excellence program in 2020 - Cooperation with incubators within strategic areas such as internationalisation, sustainability, seed capital (ÄIB o Saminvest) - Cooperation with 2 regional incubators o Saminvest - a common ÄIB is the target
Planned approach and implementation
1) Participating in erfa fora´s o networks created know-how on demands for excellent incubators 2) Defined methods and securing right competences and routines in the organisation 3) Positioned a more regionally established and increased customer value (innovative startups) 4) Through erfa networks the Movexumteam built networks o competences in their areas of expertise. An important part was making routines independant of the current team members. 5) The board worked with the strategy where 10 peer reviews contributed to a highly valuable learning in the whole organisation
