Purpose and goal
The purpose of the planning project is to prepare a complete and competitive proposal to EIC Accelerator for Bardo Technology AB:s AI-powered platform for automated and traceable Scope 3 reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS and the GHG Protocol. The goals are to structure the main project according to EIC criteria, secure pilot and audit partners, gather technical and market-related data, and develop the full application package including financial model, budget, pitch deck and video.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to provide a complete, ready-to-submit EIC Accelerator-paket: proposal, financial model, budget, pitch deck, video and annex. The documentation includes TRL validation with pilot customers and independent auditors, market/competitor analysis and IP/methodology according to CSRD/ESRS and the GHG protocol. The effects will be increased chances for EU-funding, faster scale-up and new collaborations, which will enable better, traceable Scope 3 data and reduced emissions.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is implemented in three stages: strategic planning, data collection and development of a proposal to EIC Accelerator. The work is led by Bardo and includes ongoing coordination, quality review and reconciliations. The result is a complete, well-substantiated proposal that demonstrates the project´s potential, feasibility and European relevance.
