Planned approach and implementation

The project was not carried out as planned due to organizational changes. Zenuity was formed as an JV between Autoliv and Volvo Cars which involved one work package. Zenuity joined the project at a later stage in the project. Then Veoneer was created as a spin-off from Autoliv, containing the part with active safety products. This lead to that Veoneer took on the coordinator role after the split.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
