Purpose and goal
The motivation behind the project is to maximize the achievement of the expected outcomes of the EU application: HORIZON-CL5-2025-02-D2-02 by establishing a robust consortium. The EU application focuses on flow batteries using non-critical materials. At KTH, we are actively engaged in various battery projects and this is why we have taken the initiative to coordinate the consortium. For the latter, we intend to engage in discussions with our project partners regarding their respective roles.
Expected effects and result
The main expected result is to coordinate a Horizon Europe consortium and prepare a strong and competitive proposal.
Planned approach and implementation
1: Initial planning (~ 6 weeks) -Define the proposal´s objectives, scope, deliverables and finalize the consortium members. - Kick-off proposal writing - Proposal development plan 2: Proposal writing management (~ 10 weeks) - Effective management and control of the project - Coordination of activities 3: Finalizing the proposal (~ 4 weeks) - Completing the proposal writing, review, and submission
