Important results from the project
The LUPP project - Collaboration on lifelong learning and contract education, aims to provide increased knowledge and contribute to increased collaboration on competence development processes for lifelong learning through contract education. The goal is to develop an apply models, methods and materials to develop the universities´ and the surrounding society´s ability to make qualified analyzes of current and future competence development needs that lead to increased competence development through contract education.
Expected long term effects
The project has resulted in a report that describes a development model for collaboration and implementation of contract education that can serve as a guidance and developmental material. In addition, a website has been created that describes general processes for quality-assured competence development through contract education with models, methods and tools. Communication of the project has been carried out through a film, and at national, regional, local conferences and networks and also disseminated internally at the universities.
Approach and implementation
The project group has, in close collaboration between the participants supported by the steering group, exchanged experiences and jointly developed knowledge based on experiences, different roles and practices. The contract education different roles and functions have been made visible through two smaller studies. Experiences and co-production have been highlighted in the development model: 1) organization and processes, 2) customer dialogue, requirements and competence development models, and 3) incentives and collaboration skills. All concluded in the report.
