Purpose and goal
The project aims to strengthen the national educational capacity in medical technology through structured collaboration among Swedish higher education institutions that offer education in the field. The study will map and analyze opportunities for collaboration within medical technology education, with the goal of developing a joint action plan.
Expected effects and result
To develop a strategic action plan that identifies needs, opportunities and concrete measures for collaboration around education, lifelong learning and research-based competence provision in the field of medical technology. This plan will promote long-term competence development and thereby increase innovation within healthcare.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be carried out in three phases over six months: Phase 1 - Needs inventory at each partner. Phase 2 - Joint workshop to discuss and prioritize needs and opportunities. Phase 3 - Development of an action plan with concrete actions and a continued implementation strategy.
