Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to commercializer a new unique lithium battery technology. The main focus was to develop a business model accepted by a customer. Result: Several business models were tested and one was accepted by a large customer.
Expected long term effects
The purpose and objective of the project was fullfilled by selling a prototype to a customer. The project identified a defined customer need that could be satisfied by the inherent properties of the battery concept.
Approach and implementation
The project showed that a hypothesis based approach works well for this kind of commercialization.
