Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project aims to launch a digital certification training - Business For SDG5. The purpose of the tool is to accelerate the transition speed for companies to reach a gender-equal & equal workforce. The aim of the project has been to carry out a first launch pilot (training) on already proven methods and tools for transformation with regard to gender equality in companies. The pilot (training) was created according to plan and a first launch pilot of a digital certification training was started according to plan in November.
Expected long term effects
Goal fulfillment has been above expectations! The project has strengthened individuals´ skills & attractiveness in the labor market & thus secured individuals´ future. The project has strengthened companies from an international competitive edge. The effects of the project have contributed to increased gender equality, increased economic growth & reduced inequality. 8 nationalities participated 50% men / women age range: 32 years -> 56 years handicap: 20% participating companies: Large Enterprise: 30% Medium Enterprise: 20% Start-up: 20% NGO: 10% Non-profit: 10%
Approach and implementation
