Purpose and goal
The aim is to prepare an international collaboration between Sweden, UK and Singapore for human-centric and resilient mobility services in extreme weather. The goal is to develop prioritized use cases, establish a consortium, define data and model exchange, IP and business model, and develop a concrete plan for a future R&I project.
Expected effects and result
The project will result in a future-ready international consortium, 3–5 prioritized use cases, a stakeholder and pilot owner map, a protocol for data and model exchange, and principles for IP, data governance, and a business model. The results will lay the foundation for a larger R&I project and will ultimately contribute to safer transportation, better emergency preparedness, and more reliable mobility services during extreme weather.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is implemented in four work packages: stakeholder and ecosystem mapping, scenarios and protocols for data and model exchange, IP/funding/business model and preparation of the next international proposal. The work includes interviews, workshops, partner dialogue and a visit to Singapore. FellowBot coordinates, RISE leads methodology and validation, while A*STAR and Logpilot/Stoqr contribute with local needs and use cases.
