Important results from the project

The objective was to integrate an interactive display into the existing course M7001K (Simulation of Mineral Processing) in the concept of blended learning for increased interaction and collaboration between teacher and students.

Expected long term effects

It was expected that students attending the lecture physically and the distant ones would experience an equally interactive environment compared to the traditional lectures. To some extent this was achieved.

Approach and implementation

The idea was to integrate an interactive display into the existing course M7001K (Simulation of Mineral Processing). The course involves lectures, project works and home assignments. In some of the lectures and assignments, the blended learning environment was tested and feedback from students was collected on their experience.
