Important results from the project
The project aims to distribute VFT funds for VINNOVA to Innovation Office West´s partner institutions, and institutions in Western Götaland. We have succeeded with this.
Expected long term effects
Four projects were given VINN Verification during the year. Three of the projects were incorporated, and 90% of the projects were active and alive at year end. It is too early to see other results and effects.
Approach and implementation
This year we have been working actively to get increased project flow from students, institutions and regional partner institutions. We have in and with the expanded mandate to include students and institutions started to implement models of how to deal with student ideas. Our proposed model assumes that in each verification projects identify the intellectual assets that the project is based on, and then decide whether the assets are arising from the student´s home university or privately.
