Important results from the project
The project met its objectives of disseminating research-based knowledge on entrepreneurship, innovation, and growth to decision-makers in academia, business, and politics. It also contributed important findings in areas such as climate policy, digitalization, integration, and competitiveness. Through seminars, reports, opinion pieces, research papers in internationally recognized journals, and international collaborations, the project has had significant policy relevance and national reach.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to contribute to increased knowledge and improved decision making in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, competitiveness, integration, digitalization and climate policy. By disseminating research to decision-makers and fostering collaboration with academia and industry, the aim is to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness, policy development and economic transformation.
Approach and implementation
During the project, approximately 30 activities have been arranged annually and around fifteen policy reports have been published. The foundation has strengthened Swedish research on economic dynamics by awarding prizes and arranging networking activities. Utilizing its broad networks, the organization has managed to prioritize issues and activities in a timely manner. Notable themes during the period has included reports on electricity supply, competency renewal policy and AI policy.
