Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The program office manages a broad and complex portfolio, from industry & innovation projects in challenging areas to international study trips and conferences. 7 people are engaged (2.5 FTE). These have broad competence, wide networks in Sweden, EU and internationally, are committed about the goal of strengthening production in Sweden. Important success factors: dividing the work into 4 instruments, maintaining 6x industrial challenge areas, driving development thru projects and in instrument Analysis.
