Purpose and goal
The project aims to strengthen Swedish industry´s transition towards climate-neutral and resilient production through increased use of additive manufacturing. The goal is to lower knowledge thresholds, implement pilot cases and create a long-term learning platform that strengthens competence, innovation and competitiveness within the industry.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to provide documented pilot cases, a digital learning platform and increased AM competence in industry. The effects will be faster innovation, resource-efficient production, strengthened competitiveness and increased resilience. The project also contributes to increased gender equality and long-term knowledge and network building in additive manufacturing.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is implemented through needs analysis, knowledge-raising activities and three pilot cases where theory is put into practice. The work follows a cyclical model with lectures, workshops, manufacturing and reflection. The results are documented in course materials and a digital learning platform, and disseminated via networks and a final conference.
