Purpose and goal
AISHA – Artificial Intelligence Skills Hub Academy aims to create a dynamic and inclusive platform for education and skills development in artificial intelligence. Region Värmland participates through its development environment Experio Lab as a public sector actor. We want to develop and test small-scale educational initiatives in consultation with the consortium and in collaboration with regional and national networks.
Expected effects and result
By offering tailored courses and promoting collaboration, the project contributes critical and socially useful AI expertise in various sectors, with a particular focus on the healthcare and social care sectors. Through continuous dialogue with practice, research and networks, we want to ensure that user perspectives and democratic principles guide content design and implementation. We also contribute to AISHA with the necessary sector expertise.
Planned approach and implementation
We develop small-scale educational initiatives for AI and public sector transformation. The initiatives are carried out in consultation with the consortium and in collaboration with regional and national networks (Experio Lab Sverige and SustainGov) and academic actors (Karlstad University, Linköpings Universitet, WASP‑HS/The AI Welfare State). The focus will be on strengthening development within existing contexts in the area of health and social care where Experio Lab primarily operates.
