Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose of this project is to partially facilitate recruiters in the job to quickly find the right candidate, but also to reduce the risk of the wrong candidate moving on in the recruitment process, and to contribute to a more open-minded, objective and fair assessment. The goal is for AI to deliver a ranked list of candidates by matching the candidates´ application documents to the requirements profile and job advertisement.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Expected effect is that AI-based selection method should be used as decision basis in recruitment processes and free up time for recruiters. The AI will be able to offer a changed way of working, which means that recruiters can first focus on applications with the highest ranking and then work on those with lower rankings. The result is that the AI algorithm is at least as reliable as the human factor in their selection and can also do the work in a fraction of the time. It will also be possible to make the recruitment process completely fair.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have studied real recruitment processes and compared AI´s assessment with recruiters and HR specialists results. The AI algorithm has been continuously adjusted during the project to be sharper in finding the right candidate. Since measurement and comparison were made on real recruitment processes, we have been able to compare and determine if the AI algorithm can mimic human intelligence. To mimic human intelligence has been our starting point, but during the course of the project we have adjusted the algorithm to both mimic but also be objective.
