Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project is to prepare a winning full proposal for the EIC Accelerator Call following Scatterin’s successful short application. The project will strengthen Scatterin’s technology, business model, IPR and investment strategy to meet EIC requirements and ensure competitiveness at the European level.
Expected effects and result
The project will enable us to deliver a complete, high-quality EIC Accelerator full proposal and interview package, including the 50-page proposal, financial plan, and investor-validated pitch deck as well as support letters and external essasment report.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is structured around four work packages (WPs) to ensure an efficient and goal-oriented process. WPs focus on technology and business model/roadmap refinement, investment readiness and VC validation, and proposal writing and iterative review.
