On November 17-19, Sweden invites the world to create new innovation collaborations in AI. An effort to put Sweden on the map as an innovation country and create value for our environments and innovative startups.
For three days, workshops, lectures and matchmaking are arranged where Swedish innovation environments, startups and large companies get the opportunity to meet new partners from several different countries, including Canada, Germany, the USA, South Korea and Japan.
- Med Sweden Innovation Days, we want to show Sweden as a country of innovation and the transformation that is taking place within the emerging exciting investments that are made in AI. We hope this can lead to Sweden being able to attract new talent and create new international innovation collaborations in the area, says Darja Isaksson, director general Vinnova.
Exciting programme for three days
During the first day of the conference, a number of tracks based on areas of special interest to Sweden, Swedish industry and Swedish innovation will be presented. We highlight the best we have from our Swedish innovation environments while emphasizing the importance of international cooperation. The various tracks will include AI for industry, the democracy of the future and the mobility of tomorrow.
During the second day of the conference, the focus is on how Sweden succeeds in getting small and large actors to collaborate. The program contains concrete examples of how the public sector, academia, large companies and startups collaborate in AI with the aim of achieving the global goals.
On the third day, Ignite's matchmaking is arranged to solve humanity's great challenges. More than 75 large companies and organizations in the public sector from 10 different countries will meet over 120 startups and scale-ups in tailor-made meetings with the aim of initiating commercial collaborations.
Sweden Innovation Days is arranged by Vinnova together with AI Innovation of Sweden, Ignite Sweden, Swedish Incubators and Science Parks (SISP) and the Swedish Energy Agency.
