Who is the seminar aimed at?
The seminar is aimed at those who work in areas related to civil defense. Within municipality, region or at public authority or in business and academia.
Innovation for strengthened civil preparedness
Sweden has a strong civil preparedness, but as the security situation in the world deteriorates, it is becoming increasingly important to find new solutions together. This is an important starting point for Vinnova and the Swedish Civil Defence Agency's collaboration within the Nationella Innovationsprogrammet for Civil Defence project that started in 2026.
The seminar aims to present the program, future plans and open the opportunity for dialogue about wishes and needs in the work of strengthening civil defense.
What does the shelter of tomorrow look like?
A first initiative within the framework of the innovation program's work concerns our shelters. In early autumn, a decision was made to 17 project who can now start their work with prototypes to explore how tomorrow's shelters and protected spaces can be designed, used and integrated into society.
