VINNOVA´s views on the European Commission´s proposal for the Seventh Framework Programme on Research & Technological Development (2007-2013)

In April 2005, the European Commission presented its proposal for the Seventh Framework Programme. In this position paper, VINNOVA develops its views on the proposal, as well as on other issues related to the future implementation of the Framework programme. The paper is based on VINNOVA´s contribution in the formal Swedish referral process, headed by the Ministry of Education, Research and Culture. The part of the proposal that concerns the Euratom Framework Programme is not covered by VINNOVA´s views.
