创新越来越被看作是提升竞争力、促进繁荣及可持续发展的关键因素。瑞典
作为世界上最具创新精神的国家之一，拥有许多大型知名跨国公司。在研发
投资占GDP的比重方面，瑞典同样领先世界。
我们知道，中国也已将创新提上了经济议程的重要位置，过去10年，
中国的研发投资和科技创新人才显著增加。瑞典和中国共同面临的挑战是，
确保我们的研发投资能够带来新产品、新服务和新流程，从而提升竞争力，
解决社会和环境问题，促进繁荣。
中国是我们重要的合作伙伴，我们希望能够加强双方在科学、创新和商
业方面的联系。本杂志介绍了一些在瑞典进行的创新研发项目，这些项目得
到了瑞典创新局(VINNOVA)和其他研究投资机构的大力支持。我们希望中国

INNOVATI ON – A KEY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Innovation is increasingly recognised as a key determinant of competitiveness, prosperity and sustainable development. Sweden is frequently ranked among the most innovative countries in the world and is also home to many large and successful multinationals. As a proportion of GDP, Sweden is also a world leader for investing in research and development.
We recognise that China has also placed innovation high on the economic agenda, and in the pastndecade its investment in research and human resources for science, technology and innovation have increased dramatically. The challenge for Sweden and China is to ensure that these significant investments in research and development lead to new products, services and processes. In turn, these should increase competitiveness, address societal and environmental challenges and create prosperity.
China is an important partner for us and we look forward to strengthening our relations in science, innovation and business. This magazine presents some examples of research and innovation conducted in Sweden with the support of VINNOVA and other research funding agencies.
