In late July, calls within all thematic areas of the EU's Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Development, FP7, will be launched. FP7 is now entering its fourth year, but most of the total budget, about 400 billion SEK is still to be allocated until 2013. In addition, there is potential for funding through the People, the European Research Council, EUREKA, Eurostars and CIP programmes.
At ten occasions during May and June, the National Contact Points for FP7 at VINNOVA, will come to a city near you to inform you about the opportunities that exist for research funding within the European R & D programmes. These events are good opportunities for researchers at companies, authorities, institutes or universities but also for other stakeholders who are interested in European research, to learn more about EU research funding.
The Information Roadshow 2010 is a joint arrangement between VINNOVA and the Universities Grants offices.
