VINNOVA satsar sammanlagt 26 miljoner kronor på 15 projekt som ska kommersialisera designade material och nanomaterial. Satsningarna ska bland annat utveckla materialkoncept för användning i värmekameror, proteser, motorventiler, bergborrar, avgasreningssystem och solceller.

June 15, VINNOVA and four other authorities presented a joint proposal for funding within 20 research areas, considered to have the greatest strategic potential in their respective fields. The agencies recommended an allocation of funds of 5270 MSEK for the 20 areas, To the six areas where VINNOVA is the responsible agency, 1440 MSEK was recommended.
